SEBRING — Comcast Cable television subscriber Marian Barr wants her WINK TV. When Comcast employees mistakenly told Barr on Wednesday that the cable provider intended to drop the Fort Myers CBS affiliate for Highlands County subscribers, she considered changing to satellite television. Comcast set off a firestorm a year ago when it considered dropping WINK from the line-up locally, but then backed off. NATION Delta Mum On Mergers Delta Air Lines officials were mum Friday on the outcome of a board meeting at which executives could get the green light to enter formal talks with two competitors about a combination. Asked whether the meeting in New York had been completed, board member Walter Massey responded, "I can't talk about that." He then hung up the phone. Atlanta-based Delta declined to comment.
