Nazdar, The rummage to treasure sale will be on Nov. 13-15 at St. Mary Catholic Church on U.S. 41 south, just two miles south of County Line Road. From Nov. 9-12 from 9 a.m. to noon, they will accept your gently used items to be sold. More news to follow. Nazdar The semi-annual bake sale and flea market at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church will be held 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 4. It is sponsored by the Mission Circle Ladies of Holy Trinity. There will be American and European baked goods and all sorts of items. Spaces in the parking lot of the church are still available for $5 each, or $10 for a space with a table. Nazdar, It's polka time! Regular or hup-sa (that's a polka with a hop in it) for your dancing pleasure from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. on March 6 at the Masaryktown Community Hall on Lincoln Avenue. Music for this Polka Family Nite Dance will be provided live from Grammy-nominated band, The Polka Party Express. The band can be heard on radio station WMNF 88.5 FM. Advance tickets are $15 per person; tickets at the door are $20 per person. If you care to dine before the dance, the Masaryktown Community will provide complete dinners of chicken and trimmings or klobasy and sauerkraut with trimmings for a cost of $10 per person.
