Although it was one of the first in the state to install a camera to catch stoplight runners, the city has run into unexpected roadblocks in trying to get a multicamera system into operation. On Tuesday, the Port Richey City Council took a U-turn of sorts to get that plan back up to speed. Police say a suspicious-looking bag found Thursday in a parking lot at a local St. Petersburg College campus posed no danger, though they still refuse to say what exactly it was.
