Anyone who believes that Tom Daschle, who by the way has an ego as big as a semi, willingly withdrew his nomination, well, I have a bridge to sell you. It is obvious that the firestorm caused by the Geithner tax cheating exposure and Obama's subsequent holding fast, that nomination could not be duplicated.
