A serious problem has arisen and it affects transportation of all disabled and medical clients in Highlands and Hardee counties. My wife and I are in this category, being without any means of transportation without community service. I was informed, that due to lack of funding, we cannot be transported for doctor appointments. If someone can help us with this problem, it will be greatly appreciated in assisting in a matter of funding for the county, as it affects many people in our situation.
