TAMPA - Wearing loose-fitting orange detention outfits and shackled, three middle school students accused of setting off an acid bomb were remanded to house arrest today by a judge. The three boys, a 12-year-old and two 11-year-olds, were ordered not to watch television, play video games or contact one another.
