SEBRING — Highlands County is still working on a plan for a north-south route from the Highlands Hammock State Park area to Thunderbird Road, Planner Don Hanna said Wednesday. NEW PORT RICHEY - Organizers have set a goal to collect five tons of outdated telephone directories during the third annual recycling drive July 12-19. The R.E.S.O.R.C.E.
