The parade down Grand Boulevard in New Port Richey made it clear Saturday that the annual Chasco Fiesta has returned to Pasco County. The parade featured marching bands, dance groups and much more. If that wasn't enough excitement, of course there were plenty of beads being tossed as floats rolled past.
