Warner was at his best after a miserable performance in a 34-21 loss to Carolina. He handled a team that had a chance to sign him as a backup four years ago, matching the record for TD passes by a Bears opponent without getting picked off. BEARS ...30 BROWNS ...6 Jay Cutler threw for 225 yards, Matt Forte ran for two touchdowns and the Bears easily beat the bumbling Browns. Cleveland quarterback Derek Anderson had another miserable day and was lifted for Brady Quinn, the man he replaced in Week 3, with about 3 minutes left in the game. Anderson completed just six of 17 passes for 76 yards and got intercepted twice. That lowered his QB rating to a league-low 36.2. And now, the Browns appear to be back in a familiar spot: deciding on a starting quarterback. The Bears paid tribute to Hall of Fame running back Walter Payton at halftime on the 10th anniversary of his death, then delivered a performance that was far from sweet. BENGALS ...45 BEARS ...10 Cedric Benson got his revenge on Chicago, all right. The rest of Cincinnati's offense had a sweet time, too. Carson Palmer threw five touchdown passes - four of them in a dominant first half - and Benson ran for a career-high 189 yards and a touchdown against the team that let him go after the 2007 season. The Bengals improved to 5-2 for the first time since 2005, when a fast-strike offense got them to the playoffs.
