Five deputies were involved in a shootout with a murder suspect. One deputy and his canine partner saved a woman who had overdosed. Five others dragged a woman to safety after her home burst into flames. All were honored Tuesday by Hillsborough County Sheriff David Gee during the agency's quarterly awards ceremony at Falkenburg Road Jail.
