Detectives with the Highlands County Sheriff's Office have confirmed the identity of a victim found inside a burned vehicle Nov. 29 in Hardee County. The victim's name is Dwight Clyde Williams, 46, a citizen of Jamaica. He had been living in Highlands County under the alias Malik Addullah Muhammad at the time of his death, according to a press release.
