Chinsegut Nature Center will conduct a Chinsegut Night Walk from 8 to 10 p.m. Friday, June 20, at the Nature Center located at 23212 Lake Lindsey Road, Brooksville. Bring a flashlight and insect repellent. In addition, the Nature Center will conduct an Introductory Archery workshop from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, June 21. Since class size is limited to 30 people, registration is required. Equipment will be supplied. Also, the Nature Center is open to the public from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Friday and Saturday. SUNDAY Military/Veterans VFW Post 10209 serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as follows: from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Sunday; from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Fridays, with entertainment provided by Eddie & The Cruzers at 8 p.m. May 30 in the Hall; soup and sandwich special at a cost of $3.99 will be offered from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday; and early bird specials will be offered from 2 to 5 p.m. Fridays at a cost of $5.95.
