The Florida Supreme Court refused today to reinstate a Tampa lawyer who was suspended in 2006. The court denied a request by Linda Thompson to let her resume practicing law. She was suspended for two years in 2006 for failing to properly represent clients and engaging in conduct involving fraud or deceit.
