An incident that led to a man being fatally shot by two Polk County sheriff's deputies began following an unreported burglary, deputies say. At 1:41 a.m. Sunday, deputies came to 128 Idaho Ave. for a reported shooting. They determined two people had fought and exchanged gunfire, leaving the scene before deputies came. ...more
