Deputies say they found a man intoxicated Saturday night while laying in his front yard naked except for the pants around his ankles.
Gregory Hanscom, 55, of Spring Hill, is charged with breach of peace and disorderly conduct after his neighbors complained he pulled his pants down and urinated in his front yard, according to a Hernando County Sheriff's Office report.
The neighbors told deputies they saw Hanscom wearing jeans at first. However, he then pulled his pants down to his ankles and began urinating, the report showed.
The two neighbors, a man and wife, later said they could only see his backside. However, they were concerned that their two small children might see him.
Upon arrival to the man's home, Hanscom was assisted to his feet and told deputies he had consumed roughly four beers. He wouldn't answer deputies as to why he urinated in his front yard.
Hanscom was taken to Hernando County Jail where his bond was set at $250.
