Road to?

Remember the infamous words of then Speaker Nancy Pelosi "you have to pass the Bill (Obama care)to know what's in it" ? well now sixteen Democrat Senators, and two elected but not yet sworn in, who voted for the Bill want certain provisions repealed.

Apparently they did not read it but voted for the "Affordable Health Care" Bill which we find out more and more is anything but affordable. They have sent a letter to Senate Majority leader, Harry Reid, to delay the implementation of the 2.3 percent medical device tax which they claim it is a job killing tax which will impair American competiveness in the medical device industry.

It was obstructionism when Republicans in Congress were making those very claims as they fought the imposition of this economic disaster but now it's the Democrats echoing their pleas. It is little wonder that this is happening when the Democrat Congress rammed through this 2,700 page debacle without allowing the transparency the president had promised. As the days progress we are now told about the $63 fee on everyone in order for the insurance companies to take people with pre-existing conditions.

People are finding out that premiums are increasing rather than decreasing as the president told the American people as he urged the passage of Obama Care. What he was doing was misinforming the public on the effect of this takeover of 1/6th of the American economy in order to wreck it so the "progressives" could get to their real goal of single payer (Socialized) medicine.

Have no doubt about that as that has been the aim of the president as he has stated and said the transition would take several years to achieve. There is no doubt that the left is pushing this country to become another debt ridden failing social democracy as we see in Europe.

Keep promising the masses more and more "entitlements" further stressing the financial capacity to the point of destruction. When it finally collapses as espoused by the likes of Cloward and Piven, two Columbia University professors, who outlined the plan to bring down capitalism.

Have no doubt that the progressives (liberals) are determined to rearrange the very fabric of this nation and make socialism the new American mantra. Unfortunately, the election showed that 51 percent of this country agree with the above stated philosophy forgetting that history shows when that transformation takes place taxes increase drastically, freedom declines rapidly and the road to individual success is destroyed.

So much for the American dream that will be turned into the American nightmare and the public will be ruled rather governed. Remember the admonition about not knowing history and doomed to make the same mistakes.
