Roofer charged with battery

SPRING HILL A self-employed roofer was charged with battery Tuesday after a verbal argument turned physical.Published: December 13, 2012
Justin David Brown, 30, of Spring Hill, was invited into the victim's home, according to the Hernando County Sheriff Office's report. Brown allegedly punched the victim in the left eye, and the two wrestled while the victim's son witnessed the argument.
Brown gave multiple versions of the fight to the deputy who arrived on the scene, and showed signs of being under the influence of alcohol.
While being transported to the Hernando County Jail, Brown said he kill the victim when he gets out.
His bond was set at $1,000.
