Getting back on track
So, is everyone else as sick and tired of the campaign ads as I am? The problem is it will only get worse in the next few months. I am especially sick and tired of the outright lies the Obama campaign is spewing. Whatever happened to listing your qualifications, telling us your stand on issues, and letting us decide on that?
I am also especially sick and tired of hearing the president tell us how he "inherited" all these problems from the previous administration. Here's a shocker Mr. Obama – that's the nature of things when you win an election – you get the good and the bad from the previous administration. Isn't that why you ran for the office anyway, to correct the things you thought were being done wrong? Your campaign of "hope and change" didn't quite live up to the hype, huh?
Oh, by the way, you saying that you inherited all the problems from George W. Bush wasn't quite true, either. You and the Democrats actually had the majority of the government in January, 2007, so most of the problems you "inherited" came from you and your fellow Democrats.
I can list here all the things you did wrong, too. Since you took office the economy is worse, the unemployment rate is worse, and our national has soared out of sight. How about the "Fast and Furious" and Solyndra debacles? I could go on, but then the editor would probably not print this letter!
All that aside, the American people would probably have more respect for you now had you not whined about the problems, and had you put on your big boy pants and actually tried to correct some of these problems.
So, I'm hoping that Mitt Romney can win the election, and get this country back on the right track again. Besides, I'm only doing what you asked us to do. You said if you couldn't get the economy fixed you didn't deserve a second term. Here's hoping you get what you asked for!

Placing blame
Is it just me, or am I missing something?
President Obama keeps talking about Mitt Romney's business experience. Something Obama doesn't have. Did he have a lemonade stand when he was growing up? Is that what qualifies him to talk about the business world?
Bill Clinton was quoted as saying Romney was a great businessman. How is he going to explain that to the press after Obama continues to trash Romney's business experience. The Obama administration continues to harp on the fact that companies that Romney ran failed.
Gee, does that happen in the real world? You betcha and if Obama had worked in the private sector, the real world, he would know this is one of the realities of doing business. \
Having worked for over 30 years in the retail industry at the time retailing was being bought out with junk bonds by a guy from Canada named Pereau, I can tell you (things) happen, so get over it.
Obama has no more right to criticize Romney's business background than I do regarding dog catching. So give it up Obama, tell us what you've done for America's economy and how you are going to clean up the mess you created with our national debt.
