Obviously when the presenter of the budget does not really want it to be passed it then becomes no budget.
That is exactly what the administration has presented Congress a document that even Democrats will not pass in the Senate. Remember, once before this president submitted a sham of a budget and his own Democrat majority in the senate and all the Republicans voted it down 97-0.
What a vote of confidence for their precious leader. This is why the Senate, controlled by the president's party, has purposely not passed a budget, as they are required to do, in over 1000 days. They, the Democrats, in the Senate are the "do nothings" that the president has spoken of.
The House has passed many Bills but Harry Reid (D-Nev.) majority leader of the Senate has refused to act on them. He hasn't even brought up the presidents so called "Jobs Bill.
"So, who is doing nothing? Let's take a look at the proposed budget. To begin it is $3.8 trillion budget that projects a trillion dollar deficit. Remember the words of BHO who said that he would cut the deficit in half by the end of his first term.
Not only has he failed to cut the deficit in half he has added more to the national debt than the first 100 U.S. Congresses combined. Right now it stands at $14 trillion and adding over $4 billion every day. It really doesn't take a genius to figure out that is kind of deficit spending is not sustainable and we are going to hit a wall that will shock this nation to its core.
The problem is magnified by the fact that half the country is financially dependent on the government which many believe is the intent of the liberals in power. The "poor" in this country making a minimum wage of roughly $15,000 are eligible for an earned income tax credit of $13,000 food stamps of at least $7000, a cell phone, heating/cooling assistance money, free lunch for their kids, free medical, they have according to the latest census at least one color TV perhaps more, electronic devices, housing assistance, and a few more assorted benefits.
That group of people is willing to support the people that have made them wards of the state and will continue to keep them in that state of dependency. The problem is the rest of the country that is paying the bill is shrinking and there will not be enough of them to carry on this government largesse.
When the day of reckoning comes it will not be a pretty sight. Just look to Italy and Greece to see what happens when budgets have to be reduced for the nation to survive or devolve into complete anarchy. I got off on a tangent but in subsequent articles I will get back to examining and discussing the president's "Budget".
