Local attorney to host show on WWJB

A local personal injury attorney is sponsoring a new radio program on WWJB AM 1450.

Ric Mitzel, of the Brooksville law firm McGee & Mason, will host the show – entitled "People's Law School" – from 1 to 1:30 p.m. every other Tuesday. The first show will air this week.

Mitzel will invite local attorneys on the program to discuss various aspects of the law, including real estate, probate and guardianships, criminal law and more.

The goal of the show is to educate Hernando County residents on the fundamentals of the law and how it is intended to protect them and how it affects their everyday lives.

Mitzel has been practicing law for more than 40 years and has tried injury cases across the state – from Miami to Pensacola.
