Using cameras to fine violators is illegal, according to a state attorney general's opinion.
Now the Legislature is wanting to make the use of cameras legal, and also to make all the previous unlawful tickets legal.
Where are our right to due process of law, to remain silent and to have our accuser prove who was driving the vehicle?
