Area Deaths

Jessie Mae Everling, 87, of Spring Hill, died Friday, Feb. 19, at Crown Point of Spring Hill. She was born in Indianapolis, Ind., and moved to this area 22 years ago from Pinellas County.
Mrs. Everling was a homemaker and a member of Spring Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Daniel Everling of Titusville and David Everling of Spring Hill; two brothers, Finley Haas and Robert Haas, both of Indiana; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Dorothy J. Meloni, 81, of Brooksville, died Sunday, Feb. 21, at HPH Hospice Care Center, Brooksville. She was born in Holley, N.Y., and moved to this area 22 years ago from Rochester, N.Y.
Mrs. Meloni was a retired school bus driver for the Spencerport, New York School System, a volunteer at Oak Hill Hospital, and a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include a son, Joseph Meloni Jr. of Rochester; three daughters, Diane Kirchner of Rockville, Md., Marcia O'Brien of Westbrook, Conn., and Darlene Way of Spencerport; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
