A man was cited for breach of peace Monday after a neighbor complained he played his rap music too loud, deputies said.
Authorities arrived shortly before 10 p.m. in the 25000 block of Huston Street and spoke to the complainant, who lives near Kevin Lee Kruszewski, according to the Hernando County Sheriff's Office.
The arresting deputy stated the sheriff's office had responded to Kruszewski's house six times. He also wrote he could hear the music as he was driving into the neighborhood Monday night.
Kruszewski, 25, was questioned and he said he didn't think his music was too loud, according to the report.
He also said he planned to turn the music up again after the deputy left, the report showed.
Kruszewski was issued a citation for breach of peace.
