A pre-arranged text meeting Saturday between three people on a Spring Hill street ended up in a three-way fight and multiple stabbings.
The sheriff's office said the meeting had been set up between Jaleesa Scott, 22, and Kenneth Bond, 19 at a home on the corner of Toucan Trail and Oakridge Drive. David Millard, 20, was also present as part of the pre-arranged meeting, according to the sheriff's office.
During this meeting, Bond told deputies that Scott snatched his wallet containing $239 and then ran down the street.
Bond told deputies he chased Scott, caught up to her and tackled her to retrieve his money and wallet.
A fight then broke out among Bond, Scott and Millard, 20, a report said. When Millard drew a knife, two people from inside the house where the meeting occurred - Dora Holley, 36 and David McKeag, 20 - came out and tried to help Bond, the report said.
Holley told deputies Bond was her nephew, the sheriff's office said.
During this fight, deputies said Millard stabbed Bond seven times in the leg and once in the back. Holley was stabbed once in the back of the head and McKeag was stabbed twice, the report said.
All three received medical treatment and stitches at Oak Hill Hospital.
Millard and Scott fled the scene but deputies apprehended them later.
Millard told deputies he thought he stabbed someone who had hit him in the head with a crutch.
Millard was arrested and taken to the Hernando County Jail on three counts of aggravated battery and held on $15,000 bond.
Scott was arrested on one count of robbery, taken to jail and was held on $10,000 bond.
