Area Death

Avron E. Hunter, 51, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, Sept. 22, at Oak Hill Hospital. He was born in Savannah, Ga., and moved to this area 14 years ago from Islip, Long Island, New York.
Mr. Hunter attended Oakwood University where he was a member of the alumni in Huntsville, Ala. He was a member of the Mt. Calvary Seventh Day Adventist Church, Tampa.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn; a son, Avron E. Jr. of Fort Lauderdale; his parents, Gloria and Joseph Hunter of Spring Hill; two sisters, Cynthia Ware of Apopka and Wanda Beaumont of Deltona; a brother, Darryl Hunter of Spring Hill; and several nieces and nephews.
