Because of an editor's error, a story in Friday's Out & About, "Get Ready to cough it up at the '09 Fur Ball," contained incorrect information. The annual event will take place next weekend on Saturday, Sept. 19, at the Palace Grand in Spring Hill. Artist Valdora Ward's name was also misspelled in the story due to incorrect information submitted to the newspaper.

Because of incorrect information submitted to the newspaper, a story in Friday's Out & About, "Stage West presents a classic" the contact phone number was incorrect. The correct number for the Stage West Box Office is 352-683-5113.

Because of a reporter's error, a story on A9 of Wednesday's edition, "Hernando County's best kept secret?" listed two closed golf courses in its ratings.
