Area Deaths

Whitney Taylor Garrett, 16, of Brooksville, died Monday, Aug. 31, at All Children's Hospital. She was born in New Port Richey and was a lifelong resident of Brooksville.
Survivors include her father, Jerry Garrett of Brooksville; her mother, Dorinda Wood of Brooksville; paternal grandparents, Barbara and Richard Hamilton of Brooksville; maternal grandparents, Rosemary and Ornan Whatley of Brooksville; and two sisters, Marissa and Chylse Garrett, both of Brooksville.

Anna Hall, 79, of Brooksville, died Wednesday, Sept. 2, at Oak Hill Hospital. She was born in West Virginia and moved to this area 38 years ago from Ohio.
She is survived by her family.
