Schenck appointed to House committee
TALLAHASSEE - Rep. Robert Schenck has been appointed chairman of the Governmental Affairs Policy Committee.
The House of Representatives Committee oversees more than 10 state agencies, including the Florida Lottery, the Department of Management Services and the State Pension Fund.
"It is an honor to be appointed to chair a committee like this in just my second term," Schenck said in a media release.
