No probe needed

I read a story written by Tim Howsare given to him by Brian Moore that I think it is as dumb and untrue as the one he wrote last week called "Tragedy and Travesty" about our sheriff's department causing the death of James Rayford.

I wrote you saying how dumb, silly and foolish it was. Now this one on Oct. 2 is a bit worse than the first story.

I would like Sheriff Richard Nugent not to waste his time on an internal investigation and look into the possibility of drumming up false witness by Mr. Moore. It sounds like it when people have to get the sheriff's department to keep him away. I hope he could be prosecuted for that.

I did receive one phone call on my answering machine by an unknown caller referring to me as a big mouth Italian from the Northeast, and I may be getting some boxing lessons. I wonder if he will call back on this letter.
