Area Deaths

Mary Ann Weigand, 77, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, Sept. 29, at Oak Hill Hospital. She was born in South Ozone Park, Queens, New York.
Mrs. Weigand retired from Hills Supermarket and was a member of the Hernando Beach Club.
Survivors include her husband, George; and a daughter, Patricia of New Mexico.

Irene M. Crews, 65, of Brooksville, died Tuesday, Sept. 29, at Heartland of Brooksville. She was born in Whitman, W.Va.
Mrs. Crews retired from the U.S. Postal Service.
Survivors include two sons, James L. and Louis, both of Brooksville; a daughter, Elizabeth Amitrano of Brooksville; and nine grandchildren.

Dorothy N. Baker, 93, of Spring Hill, died Wednesday, Sept. 30.
Mrs. Baker was a retired school bus driver for the Amityville, N.Y. Public School System and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church of Spring Hill.
Survivors include her son, Raymond W. Baker of Inverness; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
