Area Deaths

Ronald Thrush, 60, of Brooksville, died Monday, Sept. 28. He was born in Ohio and moved to this area 23 years ago.
Mr. Thrush was a commercial fisherman.
Survivors include his fiancée, Shirley Jackson; a son, Joshua Jackson; two daughters, Amanda Jackson and Stephanie Smith; a brother, Robert Thrush; and four grandchildren.

Buddy Collins, 70, of Nobleton, died Monday, Sept. 28, at Brooksville Regional Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy; three daughters, Julia, Kay and Barb; a son, Robert; three sisters, Carol, Kay and Jean; a brother, Allen; 10 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
