BES PTA to sponsor festival

Brooksville Elementary School PTA will sponsor its fourth annual Winter Festival from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, in the courtyard of the school located at 885 North Broad St., Brooksville. Bouncy rides, carnival games, PTA silent auction, food and more will be featured. Parents are requested to bring 2-liter sodas, cakes/baked goods for the cake walk, and packaged snacks and cookies. Pre-sale tickets will be available at a cost of five for $1 before and after school (8:15 to 8:45 a.m. and 3 to 3:30 p.m.) next to the front office or four for $1 on the day of the festival. WHMS to host dads' breakfast

West Hernando Middle School will host an All Pro Dads' breakfast from 6:30 to 7:15 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, in the cafeteria of the school located at 14325 Ken Austin Parkway, Brooksville. A quick, before-school breakfast and a 45-minute program of fatherhood and family topics will be featured. The event is free of charge. For more information, call the school at 352-797-7035.

HHS to hold Fine Arts Program

Arc to hold Christmas dance

The Arc Nature Coast will hold its annual Christmas dance from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18, at West Hernando Middle School, 14325 Ken Austin Parkway, Brooksville. Santa will arrive at 8 p.m. The cost is $3 per person. For more information, call 352-232-5727.
