Hunting Al Gore's snipes

Anyone who was ever in the Scouts knows what Snipe hunting is all about. For those of you less fortunate to have not had that experience, you go out at dark and with a flashlight and a paper bag you squat on the ground and shine your light straight ahead and call for the Snipes. Of course the whole thing is a hoax perpetrated by your Scout leader to prove once and for all that you will believe any lie told to you enough times as truth.

Al Gore is the master of Snipe hunting tales only his is disguised as global warming. The idea that carbon emissions are turning the earth into a hothouse is a hoax that Al Gore has painstakingly drilled the gullible into believing is truth. Carbon dioxide was formerly present in the Earth's atmosphere at 20 times today's concentrations with no dire consequences yet Al Gore has orchestrated intellectual hysteria over purely imaginary dangers.

For the record, there is no evidence using observed data over any time period that carbon dioxide, (CO2) has any effect on temperature or climate. A greenhouse effect linked to industrial emissions of CO2 is a myth. Oxygen isotope records from ice cores taken in Greenland show that Earth has had four major warm periods during the past 5,000 years. Three of those warm periods preceded industrial society. There were warm periods before man ever discharged CO2. Carbon dioxide had nothing to do with it.

Facts notwithstanding however, 67 senators are ready to vote for a cap and trade carbon tax that will make Al Gore a billionaire. Bloomberg reports that Gore already has seen his net worth soar from $2 million when he left office to more than $100 million now. He stands to make billions if cap and trade passes. If you think that there is no passing the hat somewhere behind close doors then I have a bridge in New York I'd like to sell you. Estimates of a carbon market of $1 trillion by 2020 is a fantastic value for a market predicated on a hoax. In the first place carbon dioxide is not a pollutant; it's a life-giving gas. But even if CO2 were a bad thing, it makes up just 3/100ths of one percent (0.0386 percent) of the Earths atmosphere, of which a miniscule 0.0012% is from human activity.

Solar energy is the real source of warming and it's cyclical. Contrary to Gore's alarms the Earth is getting colder, not warmer. The period from January 2007 through September 2009 show the sharpest drop in temperature in recorded history. The Arctic icepack grew by 370,000 square miles (1.5 times the size of Texas) in the past two years, and the most recent Antarctic snow-melt during austral summer of 2007-2008 is the lowest ever recorded. The Antarctic ice cover is now 30 percent greater than its average over the last 30 years. Oh yeah, the polar bears in the northern arena have increased placing the number at 32,000.

The only thing real in the global warming scam is the money extorted from you and me in the form of usurious taxes imposed and the billions made by Gore and his cronies.
