Man charged with lewd, lascivious acts on child

Allen Scott Story, 53, was arrested Monday and charged with committing lewd and lascivious acts on a boy between April 2006 and December 2007.
In a report, the sheriff's office said that, following an interview with the victim, there is probable cause to charge Story with five counts of sexual battery and one count of lewd and lascivious molestation on the child, who was 7- and 8-years old at the time.
Story was arrested on a warrant and is being held without bail at the Hernando County Jail.
The incidents allegedly occurred at the same residence as Story and the victim, the sheriff's report said.
