Area Deaths

Alma Jean Peters, 71, of Hudson, died Tuesday, May 19, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Center, Brooksville. She was born in Josephine, Va.
Mrs. Peters was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Jim Austin and John Chambers; a daughter, Deb Brown of Weeki Wachee; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Charles R. Brown, 77, of Spring Hill, died Wednesday, May 20, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Center, Brooksville. He was born in Fresno, Calif.
Mr. Brown developed artificial intelligence for IBM.
Survivors include his wife, Linda; two sons, Bruce and Alexander; three daughters, Jill, Callie and Alice; a brother, Robert; and nine grandchildren.
