Jimmie Tyson who was convicted last month in the robbery of John Kelly was sentenced today to 45 years in prison after a brief and emotional sentencing hearing.

John Kelly's brother, George Kelly, said he was happy with the results and glad that Tyson won't be doing this to anyone else any time soon. Tyson plans to appeal. For more details stay with Hernando Today.
