Area Deaths

Lillian Koerner, 84, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, May 12, at her home. She was born in Jersey City, N.J., and moved to this area 20 years ago from New York.
Survivors include two daughters, June Salemo of New York and Carol Fiore of Georgia.

Allen L. Schneider, 65, of Brooksville, died Wednesday, May 13, at Brooksville Regional Hospital. He was born in Lansing, Mich., and moved to this area 22 years ago from Crystal River.
Mr. Schneider was a business superintendent and a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Brooksville.
Survivors include his wife, Holly; two sons, Len Schneider of New Port Richey and Ryan Schneider of North Carolina; a daughter, Melissa Daignault of Brooksville; a stepdaughter, Melissa Whitehead of Fort Myers; a brother, Clyde John Schneider of Crystal River; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
