A local man was arrested Tuesday and charged with five counts of sexual battery.
William Jeffrey McCutchen, 46, is suspected of conducting a sexual relationship with an underage girl who was related to him.
The victim, who was then 17, told detectives that McCutchen committed the crimes several times from December 2001 to September 2002, according to an arrest report.
McCutchen was arrested at his home and held on a $100,000 bond.
