A quick question

» 1 Comment | Post a Comment

I see that the village of Brooksville has passed an ordinance regarding loud stereos, and that the local authorities would be able to "seize" vehicle because of loud music.

What about loud motorcycles? I would assume your ordinance is directed at "nuisance noise" and not the particular music that one plays, such as rap music and such.

So the question is: Will you be enforcing the ordinance against music or noise?

Just against loud stereos and not loud motorcycle mufflers?

I do believe you also should have the authority to seize motorcycles or anything else considered as "nuisance noise" as well.

I nether have a "loud" aftermarket car stereo or a motorcycle.
