Robert R. Hitchens, of Spring Hill, died Monday, Jan. 19. He was born in Detroit, Mich., and moved to this area 25 years ago from Cleveland, Ohio.
Mr. Hitchens retired from Higbee Dept. Stores, Cleveland, Ohio, and was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran.
Survivors include three sisters, Dolores McWilliams of Warren, Mich., Cheryl LeTourneau of Clinton Township, Mich., and Joyce Sodoti of Macomb Township, Mich.; and a brother, Gary Rheaume of Warren, Mich.
