John E. Hager, 86, of Spring Hill, died Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2008. He was born in Monclo, West Virginia and moved to this area in 1986.
He was a retired Railroad Yardmaster, the founder and past president of Watoga State Park, CCC Alumni and an avid outdoorsman.
Survivors include his wife, Sylvia; two sons, Edward Hager of Huntington, W. Va., and Jerold Hager of Temple Terrace; five grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; and his sister.
