Edith S. Morrison, 78, of Brooksville, died Wednesday, Dec. 23, at home. She was born in Dover, N.J., and moved to this area 26 years ago from Newton, N.J.
Mrs. Morrison was a bookkeeper for Dover Savings & Loan and was a Methodist by faith.
Survivors include her husband, John; two sons, John D. Morrison of Blairstown, N.J., and Randall W. Morrison of Palm Harbor; two daughters, Katherine A. Lattig of Simpsonville, S.C., and Judy L. Hulcher of Ocala; a brother, William C. Scudder of Dover, N.J.; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Arrangements by Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville Chapel.

Shirley M. Toeller, 84, of Spring Hill, died Wednesday, Dec. 23, at Oak Hill Hospital. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and moved to this area three years ago from Lakewood, Ohio.
Mrs. Toeller was a secretary for a tool & die company, a volunteer for the Lakewood Little Theater-Beck Center in Ohio and a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include two sons, Brent W. Toeller of Allen Park, Mich., and Kim C. Toeller of Jax; and two daughters, Carol A. Murphy of Spring Hill and Pauline H. Milovanovic of Parma, Ohio.
Arrangements by Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel.
