Area Deaths

Lois E. Adams, 79, of Spring Hill, died Friday, Dec. 4, at Oak Hill Hospital. She was born in Jackson, Mich., and moved to this area 24 years ago from St. Clair Shores, Mich.
She is survived by her family.

Renee Koenig, 77, of Spring Hill, died Saturday, Dec. 5, at her home. She was born in Newark, N.J., and moved to this area 28 years ago from Spring Valley, N.Y.
Mrs. Koenig was co-owner of K's Donuts in Spring Hill. She was an active member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, president of Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary as well as president of the PTA in Spring Valley, and a member of Ramapo Woman's Club. She taught at St. Joseph Church on North Main Street in Spring Valley.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Jr.; a son, Bill III; three daughters, Linda Elliott, Diane Teegan and Cynthia DeLigio; a brother, Herbert Graubard; a sister, Sharon Michaelson; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
