A faulty electrical outlet set a child's mattress on fire Saturday, a report states.
The fire broke out around 7 p.m. at 3210 Tulip St. and it was contained to a bed that was pushed against the wall. Deputies put the fire out with an extinguisher and a towel.
Fire officials on scene determined that the fire was not suspicious and likely caused by an outlet.
