Vera Wang is coming Oct. 1.
So will Abbey Dawn, ELLE and Fila Sport.
All will be showcased and sold at Kohl's, the next major retailer to open in Spring Hill.
The clothing giant will exceed 1,000 stores this fall. It will open 15 locations in Florida during the next few months, including one in Sarasota.
The two Tampa-area locations are expected to bring a total of 300 jobs, according to a company media release.
"We try to be as strategic as possible in where we go," Kohl's spokeswoman Lisa Anderson said of the decision to open in Spring Hill. "We're very deliberate with our growth strategies."
The new store will occupy a 98,282-squre-foot space and will feature glass showcase windows, large fitting rooms with lounge areas and modernized checkout stations.
The chain sells several exclusive brands, including Simply Vera Vera Wang, Abbey Dawn, Elle, Fila Sport and the Food Network.
It also carries national brands, such as Levi's, Carter's and Cuisinart.
The anchor store at Suncoast Crossing is the 142,129-square-foot Target store, which is scheduled to open July 2009.
Regency Centers, the developer of the site, has not made any announcements on other businesses or stores that are moving to the center.
The Kohl's store is located at 3201 Aerial Way, west of the Airport Industrial Park and near the Spring Hill exit off the Suncoast Parkway.
Kohl's, which is based out of Menomonee Falls, Wis., did not have a single store in Florida until April 2005. By the end of the year, it will have nearly 40 locations across the state.
