Ronald K. Bell, 78, died Monday, Sept. 8, at home. He was born in Spartanburg, S.C., and moved to this area nine years ago from Tampa.
Mr. Bell was the retired owner of Bell & Company insurance company, a U.S. Navy veteran, having served four years in Japan on a minesweeper, president of the Jaycees and Sertoma Club, a member of the Sword & Shield, campaign chairman in Hillsborough County for Richard Nixon for president, former chairman of the City of Tampa Board of Public Relations, former member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Tampa, a Shriner and a Mason.
Survivors include his wife, Dora; two daughters, Katherine Bermudez and Leslie Fernandez; and four grandchildren.

Kendall R. Harold, 46, of Brooksville, died Friday, Sept. 12, at Oak Hill Hospital. He was born in Jacksonville and moved to this area 15 years ago from Jacksonville.
Mr. Harold worked for DAB Contracting.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah; three sisters, Valerie, Shawn and Felecia; and three brothers, Wendell, James and Tondrick, all of Jacksonville.

Margaret A. Hout, 77, of Jacksonville, formerly of Brooksville, died Saturday, Sept. 13, at the Hospice Care Center in Jacksonville. She was born in Mansfield, Ohio.
Mrs. Hout was a retired nurse and a Lutheran by faith.
Survivors include three sons, Scott of Columbus, Ohio, Timothy of Norman, Okla., and Andrew of Jacksonville; two daughters, Paula Thorne of Kentucky and Robin Robinson of Deltona; and eight grandchildren.

Joseph Stanley Jagacki, 81, of Spring Hill, died Sunday, Sept. 14, at home. He moved to this area 20 years ago from his native Brooklyn, New York.
Mr. Jagacki was a retired line supervisor for the New York City Transit Authority and a member of American Legion Post 186 and St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, where he was an usher.
Survivors include his wife, Angelina; two sons, Edmund of Staten Island, N.Y., and Michael of Middlesex, N.J.; two daughters, Gloria Mullaney of Brooklyn and Kathleen Jagacki of Sarasota; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Marian A. Bell, 81, of Spring Hill, died Friday, Sept. 12, at Oak Hill Hospital. She was born in Windber, Pa., and moved to this area 26 years ago from Boston, Mass.
Mrs. Bell was a retired assistant health officer holding the rank of Lt.JG and a member of NARFE, West Hernando Retired Officers Association, Ladies Elks, Grace Presbyterian Church, Spring Hill, and University of Pennsylvania alumni.
Survivors include her husband, Robert L.; a brother, Edwin Weaver of Huntsville, Ala.; and five sisters, Dr. Gladys Weaver of Washington, D.C., Verna Knup of Pittsburgh, Pa., Esther Shoup of Ellington, Conn., Virginia Fegley of Paoli, Pa., and Edythe Weiner of Dallas, Texas.

Carolyn Mahoney, 54, of Brooksville, died Monday, Sept. 15. She was born in Radford, Va.
Mrs. Mahoney was president of Courtesy Title, Inc., Lutz.
Survivors include her husband, Michael J.; a daughter, Dacey Mahoney; her parents, George F. and Margielene Divers Franklin of Land O' Lakes; a sister, Veronica Dettman of Wesley Chapel; a nephew; and a niece.

Carmen "Chick" Camorata, 86, of Spring Hill, died Monday, Sept. 8, at Oak Hill Hospital. He was born in Elm, N.J., and moved to this area 17 years ago.
Mr. Camorata was a volunteer firefighter for the Hammonton, N.J. Fire Department and a World War II U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Gladys; a son, Skip Conover of Spring Hill; a daughter, Darlene Camorata; two sisters, Catherine O'Toole and Rose Camorata; and four grandchildren.
