Area Deaths

Bruce Allen Myers, 65, of Brooksville, died Friday, Sept. 5, at his home. He was born in East Liverpool, Ohio, and moved to the area 11 years ago from Clermont.
Mr. Myers retired from the construction industry, served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a member of Faith Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Helen; son, Christopher, of Brooksville; daughters, LeaAnne Myers-Pitt, of Montverde, Hope Bebee, of Clermont, and Gretchen, of Brooksville; brothers, John Temple, of Chester, W.Va., and Dennis Wilfong, of Brooksville; sisters, Nancy Kirkbridge, of Libson, Ohio, and Joyce Pack, of Salado, Texas; and four grandchildren.
