Charlotte Davis, 88, of Brooksville, died Tuesday, Sept. 2. She was born in Brooklyn, New York.
Mrs. Davis was a member of Chapel on the Hill, Shady Hills.
Survivors include a son, David Blomquist Jr.; a daughter, Diane Wanser; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two stepsons, James and Robert Davis.

Paul K. Bechtel, 91, died Wednesday, Sept. 3. He was born in Gablesville, Pa.
Mr. Bechtel worked for Boyertown Auto Body Works for 44 years, where he held various positions including vehicle painter and metal worker. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran, having served in the 18th Infantry, 1st Division. He participated in many battles including the Battle of the Bulge and was awarded the Silver Star, the Bronze Star, and the Purple Heart.
Survivors include his wife, Lillian; a daughter, Sandy Broderick; and a grandson.

Thomas G. "Tom" Piesik, 61, of Spring Hill, died Thursday, Sept. 4, at Spring Hill Regional Hospital. He was born in Milwaukee, Wis., and moved to this area 11 years ago from Glens Falls, N.Y.
Mr. Piesik was the owner of Big A Auto Parts in Glens Falls and was manager of Advance Auto Parts in Spring Hill. He was a member of the Army Reserves.
Survivors include his wife, Sue; a daughter, Amy Bouamout of Spring Hill; two sons, Scott Piesik of Spring Hill and Mark Piesik of Cumberland, Maine; and six grandchildren.

Pablo Aponte, 80, of Spring Hill, died Thursday, Sept. 4, at his home. He moved to this area a year ago from his native Ponce, Puerto Rico.
Mr. Aponte worked as a janitor for the United Nations and was a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include three sons, Pablo Aponte Jr. of Sacramento, Calif., Nicholas Aponte of Potomac, Md., and Adaberto Aponte of San Jose, Calif.; a daughter, Guadalupe Levy of Spring Hill; two brothers, Jorge Aponte of New York, N.Y., and Jesus Aponte of Ponce; a sister, Bienvieda Ortiz of Long Island, New York; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
