A Brooksville man was arrested Thursday after authorities say he raped a 7-year-old girl.
The victim told detectives that Tomas Ramon Montensino, 25, forced her to commit a sex act and then raped her sometime in August, a report shows.
Montensino, who shares an address with the victim, is charged with sexual battery.
