BROOKSVILLE - The county's first community budget workshop will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 6, at Lorenzo Hamilton Community Center, 899 Kennedy Blvd., in Brooksville.
County Administrator David Hamilton requested six such meetings, to be held throughout the county, to get an idea of what people believe are priority services worth keeping and which expenditures can be reduced.
